• At DipTech Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter “Skill Darpan”/ “we”/ “our”/ “us”), we value the trust of our customers. In order to honour that trust, we have created this refund policy (“Policy”) to work in a transparent manner.
  

  1. Objective: The objective of this Policy is to ensure transparency in refund process & complete joy of our Customers. This Policy enables that the refunds (if any) are processed in a honest manner.
  2. Scope: This Policy is applicable to processing of any refund of applicable fees paid by the customers who have subscribed to our tuition program.
  3. Validity: This Policy is effective for 01 days of subscription.
  4. Process for Requesting Refunds:
  1. Obligation of Customer: If a Customer wants to withdraw the enrolment of a Student from SKILL DARPAN, such Customer will be required to contact on +91-7314345301 and also share application for withdrawal/ refund (“Application”) via email to support@skilldarpan.com, stating the reasons for seeking such refund. The date of receipt of the duly filled-in Application (“Submission Date”), with all the relevant details captured correctly, will be taken into consideration for the purpose of calculation of the refund amount. In case of any deviations from these requirements, the Application shall not be considered for any refund.
  2. Applicable Fees and Refunds:
  1. Charges for REFUNDABLE COURSE : There are 60% refund amount AS PER SUCCESSFULLY Completion and Doing Regular Course and presence, 40% deducted for GST, Platform fees, Gateway Charge and operational Cost.
     
  2. Charges for Certification Courses : There are no refund amount for Certification Coursrs.
  3. Charges for Internship/ Job : There are no refund amount for job or internship services.
  4.  Charges for job guaranty courses : In this case will return your money in case fake sales happend.
  5. Charges for Seminar/Webinar : In this case will return your money in webinar/seminar.
     
  
  
• We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
